I recently spoke with Ann Charles, CEO of BrandFog and founder of Great Leaders Conference (http://www.greatleadersconference.com). We talked about Corporate Social Responsibility or CSR and the impact on brands as well as the influence of consumers. Says Charles, "The demands of "corporate social responsibility" (CSR) wash away old norms of doing business and branding." BRANDfog specializes in social media executive branding and Corporate Social Responsibility strategy for CEOs. They develop C-Suite executive thought leadership to influence the market, attract new talent, and enlarge business opportunities by leveraging the social media landscape. The GLC event is socially responsible. Proceeds will help to build fifteen libraries for Room to Read, an organization promoting literacy and gender equality in education in some of the poorest regions of the world.
